GENERAL INFO FOR PRIVATE PARTIES
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
All food and beverage is charged on a consumption basis. Patrons
or any of their guests or attendees may bring no food or beverage
of any kind into the Restaurant. Any exception must be discussed
with management.
DEPOSITS
Ristorante Ferrantelli will only hold space for events if secured
with a cash deposit. A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 confirms
space and date of your event. Should your party encompass the entire
space of the restaurant, deposit of 30% of the estimated total expense
is due upon finalizing of the menu. Two weeks before the event the
remaining balance will be due.
CANCELLATION
In the event a reservation must be cancelled for any reason, deposits
and other pre-payments are non-refundable and shall be forfeited.
GUARANTEE
It is the responsibility of the party's host to provide a guaranteed
number of attendance seven (7) days prior to the event. This number
may be increased by 3pm, three business days in advance of the event,
but is not subject to reduction. Final charges will be based on
the actual attendance or the final guarantee as submitted whichever
number is the greater.
PARKING
Guest parking is available on premises at no charge at a self-park
basis.
ROOM RENTALS / MINIMUM
Room rental fee will be waived when a minimum food and Beverage
is purchased. Minimum Food and Beverage Purchases apply to all Party
Rooms and Outdoor spaces.
SERVICE CHARGE AND STATE SALES TAX
All costs are subject to 20% Service Charge and 7.75% State sales
tax. The obligatory Service Charge is not a Gratuity and will be
distributed at Management's discretion.
LINENS
The Restaurant offers napkins and Table linen tops in white with
a rose imprint. A Burgundy underlay is used on all tables. Additional
colors may be rented at the client's expense.
MUSIC
The Restaurant provides live music on Thursdays and Fridays from
6pm to 11pm. In consideration of all guests, all other music will
be controlled at Management's discretion.
